“This hotel was undergoing construction, which we didn’t know when we reserved our stay. That said, our room was very clean, staff was very nice and the included breakfast was great. “I was very disappointed with my stay. The carpet in the room had a very strong, unpleasant odor that made the entire room smell bad. The smell was so overwhelming that I had a difficult time relaxing and was unable to get a good night’s sleep. Unfortunately, this significantly affected my overall experience. I hope the hotel addresses this issue, as cleanliness and comfort are essential for guests.”
