“I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent stay, which was unfortunately very disappointing.
Upon arrival, my key card did not work, and I was left struggling with heavy bags. I attempted to call the front desk, but it took an excessive amount of time just to be transferred. Once transferred, I was left waiting on hold with elevator music for so long that I eventually gave up and went downstairs myself.
When I arrived at the front desk, I found an employee restocking the snack...

“There were not towels in the room when I arrived. I had to go to the lobby to get some. There was also no hangers to hug my clothes 😞. A little disappointed about that but everything else was good. I will definitely stay there again. It's my 4th time staying at this hotel ”
