I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent stay, which was unfortunately very disappointing.
Upon arrival, my key card did not work, and I was left struggling with heavy bags. I attempted to call the front desk, but it took an excessive amount of time just to be transferred. Once transferred, I was left waiting on hold with elevator music for so long that I eventually gave up and went downstairs myself.
When I arrived at the front desk, I found an employee restocking the snack shelf—while the phone was left unanswered and, from what I could tell, silenced. This was particularly frustrating, as assisting guests—especially those actively calling for help—should be prioritized over non-urgent tasks like restocking.
Additionally, the room itself was uncomfortable. The shower did not function properly, the room was cold, and the fan kept turning on and off throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. To add to the discomfort, someone knocked on my door unexpectedly, which was unsettling.
Overall, this experience did not meet even basic expectations for guest service or comfort. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve both staff responsiveness and room maintenance standards.
