“They tell you that you have all these amenities or complimentary stuff but they leave out the important details. I had a gift certificate only to find out that you can only use at restaurants within the hotel and not when you check out to cover the room charges. The complimentary drinks, it does not state that you can only claim it at a specific restaurant. The complimentary massage, they would not even accommodate us for the whole time we were there. “Pliz I really didnt like this place .. is soooooo far from evrything!!!! even taxi don t know where the resort is !! and they charge u more koz it s sooooooo far ! The garden is nice, but the surrunding is a Ghetto, ... people are peaceful! rooms are not always clean ! wifi is good ! but if u want to go to cebu dont go to Cordova ( it is the place where the "resort " is ) the toilette are 1 star hote, in fact there is no pic of them in the web site l! Breakfast is soooo pooor that u get...
