“Cleaning staff was excellent - room was cleaned every day with fresh towels supplied daily. Staff was friendly but I would suggest that reception staff get familiar with the surrounding area to advise guests of what and how to get to known destinations. They shouldn’t be saying that they don’t know as they don’t live in the area.
