“We booked because we were stranded sue to typhoon Basyang. The internet was very poor so Errors on the booking reservation that led to a double booking were not resolved because the property manager did not want to fix it. The second room was never offered even as we have paid for it. Never use Cebu Rooms with Aisha Osano. She was not accommodating and will never offer any solutions. The units are messy, dirty and unclean. Save yourself the hassle and book with hosts with better rating...

“This is the WORST place I booked at. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE IN BOOKING HERE. Communication is almost non-existent. I inquired about their additional fees after booking but no response. Check the property details first so you'll know the add-on fees. I contacted Hotels.com if i can cancel my reservation so they sent a message to the property and they didn't get a response after 24hrs so Hotels told me my reservation is still in place. The property owner responded later on to my inquiry and...

“The pictures were totally different than the actual condo. The electric kettle handle was broken and I had to hold with a towel to pour hot water. It looks like they started to update but didn't continue. The condo we are in now (same building) is MUCH better for the same price.”

“Terrible place to stay. Pictures are deceiving. Does. Ot look anything like the pictures on the website. The communication is terrible and hard to reach. The apartment itself is gross and filled with bugs and smells really bad inside. Please remove this from your website, place is such a scam and not worth the money ”

“Pessima esperienza. Ho pernottato una settimana e non sono mai state fatte le pulizie. Lenzuola e asciugamani mai sostituiti . Mi hanno fornito solo un rotolo di carta igienica per una settimana. Ho trovato scarafaggi nel bagno 3 volte. Il prezzo non è economico. La piscina che si vede dalle foto non è mai usata da nessuno perché l’acqua è sporca.”
