“We booked because we were stranded sue to typhoon Basyang. The internet was very poor so Errors on the booking reservation that led to a double booking were not resolved because the property manager did not want to fix it. The second room was never offered even as we have paid for it. Never use Cebu Rooms with Aisha Osano. She was not accommodating and will never offer any solutions. The units are messy, dirty and unclean. Save yourself the hassle and book with hosts with better rating...

“The pictures were totally different than the actual condo. The electric kettle handle was broken and I had to hold with a towel to pour hot water. It looks like they started to update but didn't continue. The condo we are in now (same building) is MUCH better for the same price.”

The apartment itself is gross and filled with bugs and smells really bad inside. Please remove this from your website, place is such a scam and not worth the money ”

“This Resort is gorgeous and affordable. The Architecture is miles ahead the vast majority of competing resorts. The rooms are clean and roomy and have great views. Upgrading to a suite is much more affordable than is normal . But the staff is the best part. The respect and friendly help they give their customers is what makes this place so special. You can stop looking for the best resort in your budget. You found it.”

“Pessima esperienza. Ho pernottato una settimana e non sono mai state fatte le pulizie. Lenzuola e asciugamani mai sostituiti . Mi hanno fornito solo un rotolo di carta igienica per una settimana. Ho trovato scarafaggi nel bagno 3 volte. Il prezzo non è economico. La piscina che si vede dalle foto non è mai usata da nessuno perché l’acqua è sporca.”
