Please do better, was so humiliated in the front desk asking for my package and the staff responded with ‘No package under your name came’ repeatedly with guests all around watching. I stayed in a condo so I only ask question at front desk but nothing I need to address any concern during my stay. It's affordable too and so accessible. “Property is new, clean, roomy. Can cook and wash clothes. This is not a hotel so you cannot arrive early and leave your luggage while you explore. The condo manager left us the wrong keys after checking in so when we returned after eating, shopping, etc. we could not get back into our room. It took about an hour for the front office to locate the condo owner/manager and her to finally arrive with the right keys. No apology for inconvenience. The drain in the master shower did not work. "Ottimo hotel centrale. Molti fast food vicini ma pochi ristoranti. Struttura recente. Personale gentile. Un poco rumoroso soprattutto la notte per il traffico.Ottimo, anche se limitato, il breakfast, alla carta, senza pero' scelta di dolci e di succhi di frutta per mancanza di buffet. Solo un asciugamano grande in camera e poco shampoo e carta igienica. Antipatica la richiesta di cauzione in contanti di 1000 pesos che ritornano an check out."
