“We booked this a week prior to our arrival but when we arrived past 7pm the Manager on duty told us that the Expedia did not pay our stay and cancelled our booking, it was a 2 hours exchanging of communication between us and the Shangri-la and they instructed us to call Expedia as they are the vendor and we did not pay directly to them. I told them that I got confirmation that it was not cancelled and letter from Shangri-la reservatiom team that they are expecting our stay. Why should I...

“Very nice resort with very friendly staff, own beach and huge pools. Being self contained hotel meal prices are a little on the high side with small portions sizes. Hotel has easy access to all the sites via taxi or grab. Try to book a ocean view room you won't be disappointed. Would definitely recommend this hotel.”
