“The salt water lagoons were attractive, especially if you reserve a lagoon view room. We didn't get any cleaning service because we apparently had a light on that meant "Do not Disturb", but we don't know how we turned it on. That worked out fine because we were on a short weekend honeymoon. I loved the shower in the bathroom, with multiple water jet outlets for maximum water massage and relaxing, and the water temperature could be easily adjusted. “Everything felt easy and friendly. Nice spacious rooms, excellent pool facilities including poolside food and drinks, plenty of sun lounges etc. My only small criticism is that the restaurants felt VERY busy at breakfast, perhaps those facilities aren't quite large enough to accommodate the number of rooms in the hotel? Other than that, very nice hotel and great value!”

“Well maintained property. Extremely helpful staff. Spa services and they have their own mall with 7/11, restaurant, 30 minute photoshoot, kayaking and great breakfast each day. Perfect if you do not want to leave the resort but not too far that you can get a tuktuk to go to Mist or Alona Beach. They also offer tour services which was a bonus as it is exclusive to us or your group.”

“Loved our stay. The staff were so attentive and helpful. Everything we needed was a call away. The rooms were so clean and spacious. There is a dedicated mall entrance connected by a walkway through the main lobby. We booked a massage, and while they don’t have a dedicated massage parlor, having them come to our room to massage us on the bed was very nice. “Hotel nuovissimo e bellissimo. L’unico problema ma che va segnalato e’ che l’altezza dell’hotel crea ombra sulla piscina e sulla spiaggia. Quindi dopo le 14 e’ tutto all’ombra. ”
