“I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to the Philippines. The staff was very respectful, attentive to my needs and questions. The service at the Aqcua restaurant was so great, each morning we were greeted with a warm welcome and they remembered our drink preference every time. “They tell you that you have all these amenities or complimentary stuff but they leave out the important details. I had a gift certificate only to find out that you can only use at restaurants within the hotel and not when you check out to cover the room charges. The complimentary drinks, it does not state that you can only claim it at a specific restaurant. The complimentary massage, they would not even accommodate us for the whole time we were there. So those were useless! The transportation,...

“This was the best resort I’ve stayed in. There were multiple beautiful pools designed to ensure you always had space to yourself. The food was also incredible. We are vegetarian and sometimes are left with minimal options, but there were always plenty of options. The room was also spacious and luxurious. Didn’t want to leave! The staff were also fabulous - made the experience so enjoyable.”

“What was unique in the place is that it was spacious. Our family of 6 perfectly fits. The unit also was homey, smelling good and well-kept. The space was also near to the mall and convenience stores. Transaction went smoothly. I would take this unit again if I visit Cebu in the near future. I would also recommend this to my sister and friends when they visit the Queen City of the South.”
