“Perfect location for a tourists who likes to go out for a night out , day trip to nearby go to places Magellans cross , pongko pongko street food, Ayala center and Robinson mall is about 2mins walk.”

“Pessima esperienza. Ho pernottato una settimana e non sono mai state fatte le pulizie. Lenzuola e asciugamani mai sostituiti . Mi hanno fornito solo un rotolo di carta igienica per una settimana. Ho trovato scarafaggi nel bagno 3 volte. Il prezzo non è economico. La piscina che si vede dalle foto non è mai usata da nessuno perché l’acqua è sporca.”

“Convenient 30 min from airport; 60 min from Cebu. Good for 1-2 night stay. Clean, spacious, WiFi, mini fridge, kitchenette. Great grab/uber eats available. Drawbacks no hot water in shower, neglected pool maintenance, no beach access. But great for 1-2 night of transiting. Local manager helpful ”

“unit was missing a lot of necessary items. No toilet paper, no dish soap, no top bedsheet, blanket supplied but too small for two people. shoukd have microwave as people don’t really cook. tv was good as it had netflix and amazon. no garbage bags. water preasure was very low. I would recommend to stay at a hotel instead.”

“Bathroom dirty, owner unable to reach, no WiFi/TV, no shower curtain, and the one positive a nice view, is obscured by dirty windows and bird poop on the balcony. ”

“Outdoor Cocina and eating table. Has a fan inside I took outside because it can get hot. Went swimming right from the back stairs. Convienent with plenty of motorcycle parking ”
