“Very basic but the pool was really nice! Check-in was very time consuming and problematic. There was a Security Guard who thought we had the wrong location.. then he checked and directed us around to the back of the property where we met with hotel reception staff who could not confirm My registration and had to call their boss to get us a room. The room was not really ready because they say that they were not expecting us! ”

“Wave pool was invigorating. Staff was all so polite and considerate. The 4 bunk dormitory worked well for our party of 4 kids and 4 adults but the cr was inadequate. Loved the flowers, trees, and plants on the property. The food was all good. Place reminded me of camp from when I was a kid. The drive there was an adventure too. Ty for the memories. ”

“Check in was done by kids because it’s a condo block with hotel on the side I found out it was Chinese owned so that explains everything really low standards alround the best part was the pool but the room was definitely not like the photos and I upgraded to premier room just run down in general there was a bucket in the shower to catch dripping tap the balcony was dirty and TV was a joke the cable box had 5 channels which took half a hour to find wifi was kept cutting out and was like dial up...

Worse bit woke us up @ 2am telling us we only have 20mins to pack & leave or pay extra day's rate when check out time was12pm. Travellers beware of Budget hotelier. ”

“For the price they want the room is by far below standards for the area. It smelled horrible, they had c9nstruction going on during the day and jackhammers going on the floor above my room. The shower did not work neither did the hot water so i had to use a bucket scoop with cold water. Even the cable tv didnt work...all in all this should jave been maybe a 1500 peso room not 2500. “*sigh* such a lovely establishement brought down by staff lacking service skills bordering to rude. Ah well, still a great room and comfortable bed. Area around is somewhat empty though, but not an issue aince you easily book a grab wherever. Couldn't bare to stay for another night, so only one night here so maybe the staff were just having a bad day, all of them all at once 😂”
