“We really enjoyed our stay at the castle; it worked out very well for our family of nine. It was so nice to have the laundry there and the view was great with it being on the 11th floor. Sleeping arrangements worked well and having 2 bathrooms was so convenient. There was an issue with the lock/doorknob upon arrival and Mitten was very attentive, even sending a maintenance worker to help solve the problem later at night. We would for sure consider staying again the next time we are in Michigan.”

I love that the floors in the rooms are not carpeted!! I also like that there werent heavy, drapey curtains and that the bedding was all white.
The room would be great if it were at least a little bigger but it was fine enough for the short stay and for the price. The soap and shampoo dispensers were very odd and i didnt care for those but they at least seemed hard for someone else to open/didnt have to worry...

“Not a big fan of hotels. But very easy to get in sleep well in a nice room. Only challenge was the bathroom door for sliding was stiff and hard to move”
“The front desk was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and well appointed. The breakfast options were limited, but it has everything you need for a full breakfast.The property is situated along Medical Mile, so there aren't a lot of choices for dining, but it is a very safe area. There is a bus stop close by to take you to Grand Rapids downtown proper.”

“Al mio arrivo la struttura non ha trovato la mia prenotazione. L'impiegata alla reception è stata molto cortese e gentile nell'offrire tutto il suo supporto ma alla fine ho dovuto effettuare, tramite expedia, una nuova prenotazzione con prezzo notevolmente maggiorato.
La zona reception e la zona breakfast è in completa ristrutturazione, come segnalato dalla strttura alla prenotazione, ma la reception sembrava un piccolo campo profughi così come la sala colazione ricavata in una piccola stanza...
