“I dont know wheather every room is in same sitiation, but MY ROOM is teribble. the room smells so bad with un-dry smell especially window (ocean) side and refrigerator box. even if i opened window and door for several hours the smell doesnt go away. other than that the hotel is basically ok. ”

“The air conditioning worked well, the bed/bathroom were clean and comfortable. Sligt mildew smell in the reception area, but not bad. Its a no frills hotel in a good location with cross street shopping and restaurants. ”

“Hotel conditions were below average, unfortunately the hotel is partially used as housing for contract workers, Future guests should inquire more information with the property regarding this.”

“The staff was phenomenal! From check in to check out it was a breeze. The only issue I had really was the electric water pot in the room was not working even after being replaced twice. The bathroom sink stopper got stuck (because the apparatus was old). Both issues were quickly addressed by the staff. The hallway was musty smelling but I chocked that up to being from the hurricane they just experienced.”

“星野リゾートと名に惹かれて今回宿泊しましたが20年前にオンワードホテルの頃に泊まったことがありましたがプールも含め何も変わっていなく て⋯ それどころかビーチは工事中でジェットスキーが走っていて泳ぐには危なかったです。 夜のプールサイドでの無料のパーティーもポームページで見たものとは程遠い残念な感じでした。 子供さんがいるとこのホテルは良いかもですが大人（老夫婦）向けではないかもです。 唯一良かったのはプレミアムアウトレットまでの無料送迎バスがあったことです。これは毎日使いました。 それとロッテホテルのプールが利用できたことも良かったです。こちらはビーチもきれいでした。送迎があればもっと良かったのにと思いました。”

“This place is 10 km from anything and there are almost zero amenities. The restaurant is only open for a few hours, prices are high, snack shop has almost nothing. The pool is closed and the golf is too expensive for what you get-no views except palm trees and jungle. It’s cheap per night, and it’s easy to see why. ”
