“I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel and spent nearly four full days entirely on the property. Everything was excellent: the rooms were clean and well maintained, and the staff were extremely professional and kind. I would especially like to thank Ms. Niha, who was exceptionally helpful and courteous, particularly during the checkout process and with the arrangements afterward. There are only two minor points for improvement: slippers were not provided in the room, and basic hygiene...

“The experience was exceptional. We booked a queen-size bedroom with a sofa bed, but the sofa bed was too hard and old to be comfortable. A staff member checked in on us while we were having breakfast, and we mentioned the issue. They addressed it promptly by sending a clean and comfortable bed to our room. “Design in armonia con lo stile di inizio ‘900. Cura per i dettagli (giradischi a disposizione in camera con piccola biblioteca e raccolta di vinili al piano). Perfetta la doppia, lascia a desiderare l’adattamento a tripla per la scomodità del divano letto. Inoltre la camera risente dell’apertura del divano risultando molto piccola. Buona la colazione al bistro sottostante (non inclusa). Ottima la posizione ed il collegamento con i tram al centro. Parcheggio disponibile su prenotazione....
