"Our stay was only one night, but it was very pleasant. The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs. The staff were both helpful & hard working. If Schenectady is a destination in our future, we would readily stay at the Comfort Inn & Suites again."

"Everything the hotel offered could not have been better, except the lack of instructions for using the TV remote. Staff was super friendly, check in was efficient and the room was great. Wonderful mattress, good lighting, clean and good storage. Highly recommend this Clocktower hotel"
