Our room and adjoining bathroom were both large, spotlessly clean, and very well appointed, and a modern heat pump provided us with a warm, cosy temperature. “The room was clean, sizeable and the jetted spa bath absolutely superb. But that’s where it ends. We stayed in what was called the “modern” suite, a kitsch and garishly designed suite that was a far cry from “modern” in today’s standards. Where it really fell short was the experience and service.
