“While the front desk and staff are extremely helpful the manager needs some training or find another position that does not require contact with people. The main A/C was not working so guests had to rely on the older window/radiator units. My refrigerator did not work and by the time it was fixed my dairy had to be thrown out. The managers response was that I could check-out.”
