“We had a late check it for an early morning flight. The receptionist that night was great. He was really helpful, kind and when we told him that we had to check out at 3:30 for an early flight he said that breakfast would not be ready yet but all we had to do was to let the morning guy know that we were leaving for an early flight and he would give us a bagged breakfast. We did and they gave us fruit, muffins, cheese sticks and juices! Oh my gosh! I have never been treated so well! And the rooms...

“The most upsetting thing was that they did not have record of our order for two accessible rooms. Tried to put us in regular rooms on second floor, which was a problem for me when it came to showering and safety in an evacuation.Blamed 3rd.party scheduling (Expedia?) for mistake and said accessible rooms are more expensive than what we paid!! Finally found an accessible room for me & hubby, next to gamroom/casino, which was thankfully NOT lively, as we shared a wall with it! Hot food was the...
