Staff. I already wrote a review about my first experience here. I stayed again cuz I had no problems with the room, it was how staff treated me and handled a situation. And again, the evening before I was gonna check out, I re-booked for a third time and the following morning I went to the front desk and asked if they would need me to check out and then check back in again or if they would just extend my stay as I had booked through Expedia for another night. I was told by the front desk staff they would not be extending my stay due to a bad review. Then the lady I had dealt with when checking out on my first stay and checking back in for my second stay came out and stated that I had left a bad review and still came back to stay again and that I was to get all of my belongings and be gone by checkout time otherwise I would not receive my cash deposit back and told me that once I leave to never come back ever again. FOR ONE, REVIEWS ARE ANONYMOUS YOU CAN’T SEE THE NAME OF WHO WROTE IT SO TO BE ACCUSED OF WRITING A REVIEW GOOD OR BAD WHETHER I DID IT OR NOT AND TO BE KICKED OUT OF A MOTEL THAT I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR IS UNACCEPTABLE. I have never been treated like this at any hotel or motel I’ve ever stayed at in all the years I’ve been going to hotels. Again, I still had no problems with the room itself. It’s the staff.
