“My (non-smoking) room reeked of smoke. By morning, my closed-up, sore throat and vampire-red eyes disclosed that some of the room’s stench was also from mold.”

“The tub had not been cleaned in months. Bed linens were not changed. They didnt smell clean, and there were body hairs all over them. Floors looked dingy. I don't know why all the reviews say that this place is clean. It was one of the grossest places I've ever stayed.”

“It was nice for a budget hotel. Well maintained and quiet. Staff were friendly. Made to order breakfast was a nice touch but low food quality. Evening reception was great. My main gripe is with amenities. Since I booked 3rd party I was treated as less as a guest as it relates to accessing some amenities. Had it not been for Expedia, I wouldn’t have spent my money there in the first place so I feel it is short sighted to not welcome us as full guests.”

“This property is beautiful and unique. It was clean and comfortable. The only weird thing to us was we never met or talked to a staff member. It’s an Inn which oozes hospitality with no one to greet you, check you in or show you the place. We wandered into the kitchen that had some staples type things for breakfast but certainly not a breakfast bar. We weren’t sure which part of the kitchen or things in it we could use. Hotel was full but we never saw a person- guest or staff. Expedia’s platform...

“The motel was in very good shape. Our only complaint would be the pool could have been cleaner. The rooms were clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable. I would recommend to others.”

“Staff was great! Clean room and property. Grab and go breakfast and 24 hour coffee was nice. Would stay there again.”

“Omgoodness this place is absolutely amazing!!! We went for a spiritual journey and it was perfect!! The lake & water fall creek with seats sitting in the water was perfect for my reading and meditating. It is absolutely beautiful!!! They had a concert Saturday night, we didn't go to the actual concert but was right beside it and they were fabulous!! Great place to stay! We will definitely return. Thank you so much for everything!”

“The rooms need to be updated and some renovations done, such as caulking, fixing broken tiles, etc.. The bed was fairly comfortable, but the room smelled dirty and musty, even after hours of air-conditioning.”

“Spiders in the tub and bathroom Bugs climbing on the bathroom floor Breakfast was not fresh No lighting in the pool area when I questioned the service desk I was told they were having trouble and they do not work The lower hall floor is very unlevel to walk on Definitely not nowhere near four star we will not stay there again”

“The staff was as excellent the rooms were well kept up, the only thing that needs to be changed is the pillows. They were very uncomfortable too small they were for children, only not for adults. The complimentary. breakfast was excellent.Other than that, everything was great.Thank you again”
