“The room was dirty (sand in the bed) when checked in, we had to ask for the cleaner. Unacceptable. Safe was not in the room, we had to ask two times to have it placed in our room and working! Part of the windows not working. Tv not working. Quality of bed lined and towels poor. Breakfast and meals very low quality. I would not recommend to stay in this hotel.
