Hotel a Silver Lake

“The room was clean and spacious.”

“For starters, the property look nothing like it did online. The carpet was filthy to the point where my grandson's feet were black from walking on it. I washed his feet before I even thought about taking a picture of them. The guy at the front desk was nice. There was a broke down work truck after hours. One of the exes was blocked. The rooms could have been a little cooler. We didn't try breakfast.”

“Please be prepared to spend on food they don’t provide breakfast . Wolfgang pick is pretty expensive, but food is super amazing , if your up for fine dining and great atmosphere, that’s the place ….”

“Shawn the front desk person was very helpful and polite. The continental breakfast is not good at all. The apple and orange juice tasted terrible. The only bread there was rye. They had bagels, the only fruit there was bananas and they were overripe. Not a continental breakfast at ALL.”

“The property was good for what we needed it for place to sleep and change. The front desk staff was having a hard time with the computer system finding our reservation even tho I had the printed out papers as well as the on line confirmation. 20 later they got us checked in. The room was clean but very basic. No blow dryer or coffee pot, towels were minimal for 2 people. The shower control was not grouted in and was hard to regulate water temperature. Cleaning staff was nice and efficient. Air...

“This was our 4th visit and love it here. It’s very conveniently located to family we visit. It is clean and very quiet at night. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. We had an issue with the TV and staff arrived immediately to fix it. Nice breakfast set up every morning. Already planning our next visit.”

“Rooms were very comfy and had a lot of space. The ac is a regular wall controled one instead of a hotel big one under a window which made making it hot.or cold super great.”

“The property was okay. It doesn’t feel like a 4-star hotel. The room was fine, check-in was easy. There were a lot of small oversights that could’ve been fixed to elevate the room/stay. For example, the first body towel I used had a tear in it along with 2 hairs (not ours) attached to it, there were scuff marks all over the walls and mirrors that could’ve been touched with paint and the clock in our room was off by a few hours.”

“Can’t say enough good things about our stay. The hotel is conveniently located to shopping and eateries. The staff was very welcoming and efficient and the accommodations were very clean and well organized. The breakfast was outstanding!!”
