We had a problem with getting into the apartment late at night & while we were told we could contact her at any time (and to be fair, a manager should be available) she would have let us sit all night outside our apartment before even trying to help. The owner’s communication was excellent – they were incredibly helpful when we had trouble finding the place and provided tons of useful local tips that made our trip even better. The apartment is about a 12-minute bus or car ride from downtown, located in family-friendly neighborhood. It was well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, making it a comfortable home base for our stay. Would definitely recommend this place. ”
