“Not a bad place for the price. It's a hotel with no human interaction. Everything is communicated through text and codes are used to get around. “If you’re skeptical don’t be. Also don’t let the drive in make you uncomfortable. Remember it is Charleston. This small boutique motor inn was perfect for our stay. We felt very safe. The check in process made me feel a little weird at first, but I’m skeptical about doing anything over the phone or email in today’s time. Anyways, It was close to down town. “They cancelled my booking without as little as an email, phone call, or text then proceeded to be angry with me for being upset. They gave different excuses such as my number, and email weren't listed when I've booked numerous times with expedia and that's never happened. They will take your money first then come and tell you they were overbooked. I had to find a new hotel after driving 5 hours. The customer service reps were terrible as well.”

“This was the best hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time! The staff was incredibly friendly, the rooms were spotless, and everything about the stay felt welcoming and comfortable. We booked multiple rooms, and the one-bedroom suite was especially amazing for our family of three during our week-long stay.
