“Room was clean, coffee and mini muffins at breakfast were excellen”

“Clean room and hotel. However the staff is not helpful in the fact that twice I had questions and they did not resolve the issues. The pool is also closed every Wednesday apparently. We found that out Wednesday, the only nice day of my stay, that the pool is closed for maintenance. No maintenance was done but it was locked. Will not stay here again.”

“I will never stay at this hotel again. It was unkept, unclean, and unwelcoming. When we walked into our room there was dirt on the floor, unclean sheets and pillow cases, and even feces still on the toilet seat. The shower and water smelled strongly of urine and even though we were in a non-smoking room someone had clearly been smoking. The breakfast was just a couple cereal options, waffles, or stale bread for toast. No milk for the cereal and no employees came by to restock or clean....

“Overall nice hotel the bathroom in my room showed signs of severe water damage above the toilet which was concerning.”

“Property staff was always attentive and/or cleaning! Carpet in the main walkways are torn and there is no elevator. I didn't get any breakfast. Other than that, space in the split level room with large area for office/work, 2 queen beds upstairs, small kitchenette, fridge, microwave and 1.5 bedrooms was ample! Also the location near highway, grocery and restaurant worked for me.”

Chiediamo una stanza non fumatori e ce ne danno una che puzza come una ciminiera. Quando alla fine, dopo un check in particolarmente lungo e laborioso, entriamo, lo spettacolo è agghiacciante. Moquette lercia, asciugamani sparsi in bagno e che avevano tutta l'aria di essere stati usati, lenzuola macchiate e capelli un po' dappertutto. Siamo andati a dormire vestiti mentre da...

“Ice machine was broken on the 2nd floor.”

“Packets of oatmeal and hot chocolate is not "Breakfast Included". Wifi was spotty. Touch up paint didn't match wall paint, so everything looked run down. Kitchen was super old and gross. Especially the fridge. No ice machine. Nice staff, but just carried itself as a run down motel.”

“My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The cleanliness was unacceptable, especially in the outdoor areas. The pool area was dirty, poorly maintained, and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. There was also a bad odor throughout the property, making the overall experience very unpleasant. For the price I paid, I expected a much higher standard. I would not recommend this hotel until they make major improvements to their cleanliness and maintenance.”
