“I walked in at 8 pm and the front desk staff told me that they had no clean rooms and they don't know when they will be cleaned. I asked if there was an ETA and she said no, without any apology. She told me to cancel my reservation with the 3rd party, so I reached out via chat to that one and asked to speak with a manager. She said there were no managers on site.
