“Our room had mold in the bathroom. also where the shower head comes out of the wall there was a big gap and we felt it may fall out. There was NO COFFEE in the lobby food bar on our last morning because there were no coffee filters. This should not ever happen!”

“Everything about the facility was pretty good. The pool wasn't open. Would have been nice to gone swimming but other than that I will be staying here again and I would recommend them to anybody else”

“I have been to Hilton Southern Pines, NC before and enjoyed. This time I saw a few differences. Towels were SO inadequate for a Hilton hotel. Thin, with threads hanging , just not what you expect from a Hilton. For some reason, our room was not cleaned, bed not made and no fresh towels. The pillows were HORRIBLE, not sure why they changed their pillows but again, not what I would expect from a Hilton hotel. I wasn't there long enough to check out the rest of the hotel, but it did look...
