“It’s a nice property with a very nice beach, the rooms were big with a separate living room area. When we booked the room beach chairs were included for no extra cost, then we get there and it’s $80 a day for 2 lounge chairs and an umbrella. There was an $11 service fee to set up the chairs and umbrella and then we still had to leave a tip! I have no issue tipping but why a service charge? What’s that for? The breakfast buffet was ok, at times the staff was slow to bring our coffee and drinks,...

“The unit was cute and cozy and very clean. The bed was super comfortable. The only issue was the army of gnats that invaded the unit and flew in my face all night and concern about the back door. The back door opens out so it’s hard to put a chair against it or a doorstop or anything to keep someone from entering or alerting you to an intruder. “I wanted to love this hotel so much but there were a few things that lack for the cost. We had 3 bedroom w/ river view which was spectacular. The room was clean to our eyes but there was an old cigarette cup from the previous guest left on the balcony. NO room service, if there was anything needed you have to go down to the lobby to get it. Customer service number was not working so I had to reach out via message and was informed that the number changed and still need to be updated as I tried to...
