“Easy check in”

“Room was very dirty. Tiles broke around toilet”

“My room was clean and looked like it had been just redone. The parking lot and exterior seemed to not be maintained. There was a sitting area in front of the motel, but not very attractive and the rock surrounding the sitting area was not good for kids to play. The new coffee machine was not very tasty. It seems to be the trend, but the coffee was awful. The door had a broken and looked like it had been kicked in. The other days in had recliners in the king rooms, but this hotel had some kind of...

“Our room was extremely hot when we got there. Took all night to cool it off. We needed towels cause there was none at the pool and I had to get the guys attention for at least 5 minutes before he looked up from his phone. In the next room with the door open. Breakfast was very blah and didnt taste very good. The jelly was more like paste and sausage seemed boiled”

“One of the best breakfasts I’ve had at a hotel. The pool area and slide were a big hit!”

“Sewer smell was unreal. Sheets stained, cigarette burn holes in them and the bugs were a plenty.”
