Tasso di valore- Casa lontano da casa- 602 - (Bronzo nominale) è un condominio al sesto piano. E 'pulito, spazioso e fronte mare con nuovo soggiorno e camera da letto matrimoniale, vernice fresca e pavimenti della camera da letto. (10/15) Letto matrimoniale nella camera matrimoniale e 2 letti nella seconda camera. Ma non ha alcuni degli aggiornamenti trovati in alcuni altri condomini. Soggiorno e sala da pranzo, cucina completamente attrezzata, due camere da letto con due bagni. Luce e arioso, con balcone frontale privato del Golfo si affaccia direttamente sulla spiaggia. Piatto televisioni via cavo del pannello di colore in salotto, camera da letto matrimoniale, e la seconda camera da letto. A pochi passi da favolosi e paesaggistico di John Pass Village. Vicino a negozi, ristoranti, escursioni, noleggio barche, charter di pesca e altro ancora. Servizio gratuito di internet wireless ad alta velocità. Coin Op lavanderia nei locali.

Due to Ian we had to reschedule to another area. We read the online reviews and the unit is dated. However we were able to walk to Johns Pass and restaurants. The location is fabulous and so are the views. No beach towels so bring your own. They did however have chairs to bring to the beach. The chairs and table on balcony are not at all comfortable. But we did see the pics!

Good value!

We had a great one-week stay with our 2 and 5 year old. The unit was listed as budget-friendly and that's what it was. The condo itself could use a few upgrades. The kids beds were not comfortable and the unit could use a deep cleaning. Other than that, nothing that was a deal breaker. The building itself is close to a 7 Eleven which was convenient. Walking distance to John's Pass with plenty of restaurants and fun things for the kids. The beach was amazing and the kids loved the pool. There is only one elevator and it is very slow.

Too many unruly unsupervised kids

I think the owner needs a new cleaning co. Dust bunnies btwn bed and stands & closets, old egg yolk on the table, looked like burger and a thin mint left in the sink, dishes were disgusting, used 1 plate and 2 glasses just for lunch. Ate out every night. The unruly unsupervised screaming kids was unbelievable. I have no problem with kids having fun but non stop screaming, splashing, jumping in the pool over and next to 75+yr old people was concerning. The only reason I stayed was that I have stayed previously but my usual place was booked, don't think I will be going back.

Disappointed with very old EVERYTHING

Everything needs to be updated our door was horrible it was so old and the wood was so worn the latch would barely stay on! It was so horrible we actually took pictures, the ceilings had several water damaged spots, some of the dishes were not clean, the kitchen sink covering was peeling and I cannot believe that I spent $2,500 on this dump! The view & location was amazing but that was all I was happy with and this is the disadvantage of staying with VRBO and a reputable hotel because I know that I would have gotten a voucher or some money back for my disappointment but now I'm just out of money and I won't be able to travel again for 2 more years😭😭😭

A much needed update and painting

Fortunately, the bed was comfortable and the view from the balcony was great. Because that's all 602 has going for it. The place needs a complete overall painting and update. The furniture was old and decrepit. Which made a fairly clean place seem dirty, which it wasn't, but we used paper plates etc. anyway instead of what was there. Sea Breeze itself needs updated. The pool is too small for such a large building, we never found a spot to sit or sun by the pool. Plus only 1 elevator was kind of a joke. Even some of the regulars commented about it's speed or lack thereof. On the plus side, management was quick to respond and help us when we had problems figuring out the Television.

Reviewer Comments: This property is Bronze level,however is shaby and at the bottom of the barrel. It badly needs renovating. Listing photos are very misleading. Cupboards are chipped and beat up, vents are dirty and rusted, floors make feet black if going barefoot. Just a coat of paint would be a big help!! Living room furniture is very uncomfortable. Only one elevator, which is slow and undependable. Building in general shows age. Only good factors were location, good hot tub and pool, plus decent king bed. Find another location asap!

Great location, but could use some much needed renovations & a good cleaning

You can't beat this location! RIGHT on the beach, with a pool, & walking distance to John's Pass. But, it could use some renovations - mainly the kitchen (just everything) & the bathrooms could use a little updating. No carpet (which is great!) but the floors had some sand on it when we first got there & they felt a little sticky, like they needed a good mopping. And the furniture needed dusting. I specifically asked prior to confirming a reservation if all the TV's worked. They said yes, but only the main TV has streaming options & the guest room TV had no remote so it could not be used at all. Management made an appt for Spectrum to come "fix" the TV but said we had to be there for them to come & sign when they left. I'm not signing for services on a place I don't own, so we cancelled & just took turns with the main TV. Still a good place to stay, it just needs a little tweaking. Management was super nice at check-in & when we called about the TV's.

Reviewer Comments: Not a habit of complaints regarding condo units that I usually rent after having read the description, pictures and rating. This unit rated BRONZE, but far from being rated Bronze, should be at the bottom of the rate list. The front door handle is loose, not much of a security lock, the shower heads need replacing, there is a tiny 2 slice toaster without the knob, there are plenty of small forks & spoons but a few adult utensils, needed to wash after every meal for the next meal, the living room sofas old and disgusting that caved in the middle when sitting on them, and most of the crockery, utensils in kitchen cabinets & pantry in complete disorder. This unit does not live up to the pictures & rating.

Condo was not clean and basic items needed for stay in terrible conditions.

This condo has been described as a "bronze" property in other reviews by owner. We rented property due to it was in the Sea Breeze which we have been staying there since mid 80's and have rented units from several different owners. Without a doubt this is the worst property we have rented there or any other condo we have ever rented. Let me describe what " bronze" means. It means the condo is dirty...walk on floors and your feet are black. Items such as used c-tip and gummy bears left on floor. Dishes ..what you want to use because there are not much you could put together to prepare meal are filthy and put it drawers that way. Had to wash by hand anything we wanted to use because no dish tabs for dishwasher. Looking for tabs we did find bugs. Toilet backed up on first night all over floor...tried to use plunger and got feces on my hand...disgusting! Toilet did not work correctly again two days later. In earlier review in April that guest said toilets backed up and did not work. Beds are like the old pull out beds where mattress springs poked you all night...worn out. Dirt and dust on everything...cleaning crew needs to be let go for sure. Half the lights didn't work or had blown bulbs.. Outdated which would be fine if at least comfortable to stay ...but this unit is not. So "bronze" means you will not be comfortable in this unit....please choose another unit even if you have to pay a little more. A week in this unit seems like an eternity! There are plenty of owners at Sea Breeze that care about their guests just not this one. I will say the check in ladies are very nice and had service down to us quickly....unfortunately they were needed multiple times. Go gold..silver or any other color just not " bronze".

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is in bad shape! Desperately needs a good coat of paint and new cabinets throughout. We’ve rented other units in Seabreeze that are far superior. The cost of this unit is comparable to the other units but the quality is much lower.The Seabreeze complex itself is still very well maintained and we enjoy staying there.

Rental unit has seen better days

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed on Madeira Beach for a number of years, and this propert was the most worn out one yet - wind blows through front door, kitchen counter laminate coming off, refrigerator sounds like a truck, water stains on ceiling, and the bed felt more like a hammock than a mattress. The property's saving grace is the pool and hot tub - the best! Only complaint on cleanliness was the floors which had a sticky residue - had to get on hands and knees to wipe all floors with a wet towel. Residue probably left from cleaning crew mop bucket.
