“The hotel is attached to a shopping mall which has plenty of shops, choice of restaurants, a grocery/supermarket, foreign exchange and parking facilities. Staff were fantastic, respectful, helpful and very kind. Customer Service Manager Vivien was very helpful, as were all other staff. Best location to stay as only 20 minutes from central Kuala Lumpur and easy reach to other points of interest. Grab Taxi's are also very cheap to use from this point. “Some equipments in the room are broken and look quite old.”

“Room are constantly humid since almost all lack any window at all. The shower/toilet is just a glass partition inside the bedroom and it never drys. Your clothes, linen and luggage absorb the moisture and get wet. Management had no solution and refused cancellation. After strong words and 3 days, allowed upgrade to one of the few rooms with window. The “wonderful” reviews posted seem clearly fake. Cleaning staff made a great effort to make the room livable”

“Overall a nice facility. It's the little details that miss the mark for me. I'm not sure that the room cleanliness inspection is done by the head housekeeper. My worry is that rooms may start detioriate rather quickly. ”

“What I like 1. Sheltered walkway to MRT station. 2. Quite a number of shops at below, also have 7-eleven cafe too. What I dislike 1. The windows are faulty, unable to close and lock. 2. Water dripping at below basin. 3. Could not adjust the volume of TV. The smart TV do not have youtube. 4. Both the air-con are not cold. 5. Shower cream and shampoo are not top up.”

“There is tourist tax and cleaning fees not shown on the booking and are add on later. This is an apartment leasing so expect the fees to be high. Not worth for short term stay as cleaning fees are same regardless 1 night or 10 nights. Lastly the Aircon compressor are making vibration noise. If light sleeper you can avoid this place ”
