“Bed was very comfortable. Room had blackout curtains. Thing I appreciated the most was that the AC was quiet and wasn’t blasting air. It cooled very well and was quiet.”

My only grievance would be that the parking lot is only just barely adequate; I did always find a parking spot, but it was not always easy to do so.”

“We booked the hotel for convenience for a family wedding. Good location and plenty of rooms. Nice, friendly and helpful staff. The hotel in general is ok, but is in serious need of refurbishment and upgrades, especially for the rates they charge. Our bathtub had been reglazed, but the finish had a big hole in it. “Staff and property were amazing. Beds were comfortable although the comforters were a little warm. We got the last double queen room and it turned out to be accessible one. Not having a bathtub wasn’t the issue. I wish we had a longer shower curtain (unless it’s a rule to have short ones for wheelchair accessible bathrooms) or more towels to help catch all the water because it goes EVERYWHERE. “Driving back from Colorado with our two teenage children we needed a clean, comfortable, and spacious place to get a good night's rest. The Comfort Inn & Suites in Lubbock was just what we were looking for. It's also close to all the eateries that we love. We upgraded to the two King Size beds and it made all the difference.”
