“If I could give 6 stars I would. This place and its staff were amazing. Our room had a private spring fed tub in the room, a sauna, a massage chair and tons of space. The pictures didn't do it justice. The staff was crazy attentive, served us an impressive breakfast and was helpful every step of the way. We would 100% stay again. “The hotel room was clean. I asked for the eco service but still didn’t receive towels. At check-in I felt very rushed. As I was entering my information, I was asked for my passport, then in reaching for my passport they wanted me typing my information. Three front desk staff talking and explaining while checking in. Difficult getting a taxi. Anytime I went to the desk I was treated like I was bothering them. After traveling throughout Japan, this is not the hospitality of other top Japanese...

“We had an amazing stay. The traditional Japanese experience was a highlight of our two week trip. As guests we were able to reserve a private onsen experience each evening, which we all loved. We also had breakfast and dinner included in our stay and the food was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had about culture, food, and activities. “步行1分鐘到Lawson便利店！去野澤滑雪場45分鐘，去志賀高原滑雪場25分鐘，酒店在中間位置去左右雪場都不太遠，自駕的話附近揸幾分鐘車很多食肆，房間夠大又有室內熱水池及室外溫泉池性價比非常高”

“長野マラソンに参加のため滞在しました。 その旨を伝えると、スタートは朝早いため朝食会場での食事ができないので、おにぎりとプロテインを用意してくれました。 その心遣いがありがたかったです。 基本的に問題点はなかったのですが、あえてあげるなら2つ。 1つ目は客室に向かう途中のところに喫煙スペースがあり、嫌煙家の自分は必ずその前を通らないといけないのが苦手でした。 2つ目はサウナが欲しかったです。”
