“The house is amazing! Very clean, with a funky, vintage charm to it. Instructions were clear and reasonable. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for something a little offbeat. ”

“The Island is a great place to stay. It’s right on the water, and we enjoyed long days relaxing, swimming and being out on the water on the stand-up paddle boards and in the kayaks. We had a wonderful night a night of fishing right off the dock when the lake was calm and our boys caught some fish. The sunsets were gorgeous. The kitchen is well stocked and beds are comfortable. “This vacation rental was perfect for our family visit to Madison. The 6 bedrooms easily accommodated our group. The setting is perfect, with easy access to the university, the Capitol and the lakes. “This home was a good fit for our group of 5 adults. Check-in was smooth, Kate gave great instructions and everything in the home was well labeled. The bedrooms were comfortable and had enough space. The backyard looked lovely although it was too hot out for us to enjoy. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The staircase to all 3 bedrooms is very steep - not a problem for our group but could be for someone with balance or mobility issues. ”

“This property has such comfortable and updated furniture! 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. A lovely kitchen with a full stocked kitchen for cooking. We love the proximity to the boat launch! So convenient! It’s our 2nd time here and we all made great memories again this year. The host is very helpful and responds quickly to questions. ”
