“My over all stay was wonderful, the host was very easy and quick to communicate with. •Room was lovely. Nice bed, dining table, useable kitchen, minimal cooking utensils but I didn’t need them. •Easily accessible w/ key pad and right by the stairs, elevator is on opposite corner but still easy to get to.. I went on holiday weekend and still had room to park and not worry. •Couple minute walk to beach, a straight shot down the road. Small things that definitely do not out way how great of a spot...

“Host was great, property is one of the best locations on topsail island, room was nice, and parking is very convenient. We love staying here.”

“Overall I had a nice time. Beach was super close. However, it was immediately clear that the floor had not been swept or mopped in several weeks. (I have photos). Food on the floor, I saw muddy footprints by the back door. With as worried as they were about no pets, they should be more worried about the cleaning staff doing their job. I’m hoping I slept on clean sheets!”
