“The only thing I would change is I thought it was ocean front However it was only a few minute walk to the beach. We loved our stay”

“Our trip was 7/5-7/8 and morning of 7/6 and 7/7 hammering above us started early morning and continued all DAY LONG till late afternoon. Someone came around mid day 7/7 from hotel due to complaints. Nothing was done about it. I called office that afternoon and was supposed to receive a call back. Never received one. Later went to front office and they said they were doing demolition above and had contacted the owner. Nothing was done to stop it other than offered a room change at 4:40pm when...

“So close to the beach. Lots of parking. Great rates. Great pool. I would have given 5stars but I guess we were in the older section and the bathroom and furniture was worn. Everything was clean which was most important to us! The staff was so helpful and accommodating. We will come back again!!!”

“Bed & Room was Clean and Comfortable with Refrigerator and Microwave. Breakfast was Good..Frenchtoast, Custom made omelette was tasty. They do protect their sausage links and bacon though by keeping it away from the common bar. Expected Free Self Parking but they charge $29 for Self Parking and $35 for Valet. Good Riverwalk location. Rooftop Kiss the Sky Bar is Superb - they just need better cocktails. Social Hour Reception Area needs to be at a proper bar and Not just one Solo person serving in...

“Room didn’t have a fridge just an ice bucket but the ice machines weren’t working & reception unhelpful. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty for the whole of our stay. Not great for a Hilton property”

“Don’t expect to check in on time. Bed is super uncomfortable, makes a lot of noise with the springs and is super sunk in. I woke up in so much back pain. Floors were sticky, place smelled like dirty mop water. There was a random electrical hole in our wall in the room. They didn’t even have a toilet paper holder. The pool was the nicest thing they offered, but it’s shared with the connecting hotel, which might’ve been the better option for stay…”

“We were able to check in early. The view in room 420 is a bit abstructed but not bad at all. Staff was nice and friendly. The beach was beautiful and not overcrowded for a Monday and Tuesday during peak season.”

“Lobby pool bar not available until 2:30pm. and closes at 10pm. Must leave dirty towels and trash outside door everyday if you want fresh ones.. no one informs you of this.. lack of communication.”

“I looked at many other properties in the area and had a hard time choosing, but I'm glad I chose this hotel over all of the others. The location is perfect - directly on the beach, beautiful pool with pool bar/food, plenty of open space to relax and play, and an area across the street to watch the sunset. They also have chairs/umbrellas and boogie boards to rent, so no need to source these items on your own. Our room with a patio overlooking the ocean was beautiful. Plenty of room for a family...
