“We couldn’t check into our room till an hour and a half after check-in time because the rooms weren’t cleaned. We arrived at 3:05 and initially were told it would be about a half an hour. Came back at 4 o’clock and was told they still weren’t ready. They were finally ready at 4:30. Then they wanted me to blindly sign an electronic pad to authorize the charges, even though I had prepaid the charges through Expedia. “The hallway has dog smell and also the W queen size bed are the size of twin beds. The location is close to the beach which is nice. On my stay staff did not come clean the room even when I was out. And staff were barely there.”

“This was our first trip to stay at this very nice hotel. I am a hotel snob and I was very pleased. The only thing missing from our room was a microwave. Just a small one would be so nice. If I had to say there was anything that I disliked, it would be that we kept blowing fuses in the room .The shower is beautiful but there’s not enough pressure to get soap out of your hair if you have long hair very quickly. There is a very nice seat that you can sit down, but the water pressure does not allow...

“The hotel's location is great. Private beach access and an outdoor pool. The restaurant and bar are on the property and conveniently located. We had a double queen-bedded room, and the beds were ok for a couple.of nights. The bathroom is small but functional. Overall this is a great place to stay. They charge a separate $45 parking fee that you find out later about when you arrive. The staff was friendly and helpful.”
