"This hotel was the nicest place I've ever stayed! upscale, modern furnishings and decor, beautiful! Clean! Within walking distance to restaurants, waterfront benches and swing, beautiful views. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again"

"The room was dirty, bedding did not cover the dirty mattress, walls and doors were very dirty, carpet by the bed stunk like urine, Dead cockroach on the floor by the bed. No staff at the front counter when we left."
