“The location was perfect, the villa was so dirty and it had a nasty odor/ I had to go out and buy a candle and spray. The smell was so intense it hit you as soon as the door was open. I can't beleave the cleaning staff did not do any thing about it....”

“This is the second time our family of 4 has stayed at the Villas of Hatteras Landing. It has everything we need and we love being in walking distance to the beach and shops. The local grocery, Village Market, is also great. The beach is quiet and absolutely worth the drive. ”

“This unit had a dehumidifier which was a BIG plus over other units I've stayed in. It would be nice if they could figure out how to drain the water so that it could run constantly. It took a full day to get the humidity down to where is was comfortable. Amazing how much water it removes! The other nice thing about this unit is that you can park right behind it. ”

“The property was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable but there was only a sheet and heavy comforter. Needed a lightweight blanket. The soap dispensers in bathroom didnt work very well. Our room was on the second floor. There is no elevator and the concrete steps and landing were painted the same light gray color. The sun was in my eyes going down and I missed the last step and fell down the steps. I would recommend putting a yellow strip on edge of steps so they can be easily seen. We...

“The unit is nice and decorated good. The bed was comfortable so that was a plus.We rent a cottage for a week every year and often go down for a couple of days. About 50 % of the time the beds and pillows are terrible. People pay a lot of money to go on vacation and should be able to rest in comfort.Only issue.
