HUGE COVERED DECK, LARGE HOT TUB, 65” DECK TV, 6 BEACH CRUISERS, AND 3 KAYAKS!
The deck area and downstairs area was PERFECT for teens. The kitchen was well equipped and the living space offered ample space. The amenities, like bikes, hot tub, games and tiki bar were enjoyed by all. We had an amazing time.

Rinnovato Waterfront Condo in Avon con piscina. Nessun costo aggiuntivo per le viste del tramonto!
Booked last minute for a Fall getaway. The Condo was great and extremely clean and comfortable. The view from the Balcony was beautiful and so great to be close to grocery store. EAST WIND è un suono stupendo davanti alla casa che offre accesso frontale alla spiaggia del suono
Extremely clean! The kitchen was very well-stocked. Great family-friendly home. Plenty of room for all 8 of us to just relax, play games, watch the birds, watch the wind and kite surfers, and enjoy the beautiful view of the Pamlico Sound. Awesome location!

Beachfront on the Dunes -- Fall Asleep to the Waves
House was beautiful! We enjoyed being right on the beach. Karl was easy to communicate with and very responsive. We will definitely rent again!
