“The property is convenient to the beach, has plenty of parking, has a gym, pool and laundry room as well. The carpet on the halls smells and s stained and could use a good professional cleaning. Rooms are comfortable and have a kitchenettes. It was nice to have a fridge. Great staff. ”

“Definitely my favorite place to stay here. The staff is all friendly and caring. They had a water outage when I was here this time, and they were kind enough to move me to one of the cottages they rent out next-door. I've always been happy staying here, and will definitely come back again.”

Le foto del motel riprese dall'alto ingannano, così come le foto delle camere, sono proprio brutte; appena si entra si sente odore di muffa, il condizionatore fa freddo ma non toglie l'umidità e inoltre fa un rumore infernale. Siamo stati tre notti in questo posto e non hanno mai fatto le camere, cambiavano solo gli asciugamani. Bagno minuscolo. Pulizia da migliorare. Porta di ingresso indecente così anche quella specie di portico con due sedie un vaso con sabbia...

“It was okay. You do get what you pay for. The location is excellent. We were supposed to be on the first floor and when we went into the room it was NOT ready so we went back and got upgraded to another room in the second floor. The room head ocean view so that was nice. During one of the days the hot water went out but we called and they said they’re working on it and indeed that was fixed quickly (or at least quickly after we noticed it). “Posto molto gradevole a conduzione familiare. Super rilassante. Camere un po’ piccole ma molto pulite. A 5 minuti di strada a Swansboro ottimi ristoranti e bei negozi. Vivamente consigliato!!”

“I am so glad i found the FCI for our first trip to the Outer Banks. We really enjoyed our six night stay there during the last week of October. Our room was perfect for us and the yummy hot breakfast every morning was amazing. We chose a historic inn rather than a hotel or airbnb because we like the more personal touch an Inn provides.
