“Only stayed there one night”

“Sono stato tratto in inganno dal marchio Holiday Inn. È stato un inferno! Mi sono fermato due notti e non mi hanno rifatto la camera. Mi hanno proposto un rimborso di 15 dollari. Ho accettato: che alternativa avevo? Mi è stato detto che il personale non era più disponibile. Tra l'altro, al momento della partenza il rimborso proposto il giorno prima non è più stato riconosciuto. Spero che il manager prenda provvedimenti.”

“The room had mold on the sheets, bed headboard, mattress box spring and the lamp. The room smelled of bleach. Absolutely would not stay here again. We were in the room for 5 minutes and immediately checked out. We were told we'd have to contact Expedia for the full refund. I have pictures to prove if needed.”

“For a sub $100/night place to stay at the beach it wasn't too bad. Very clean, smelled nice, recently updated, great water pressure, 10 minute walk from the beach. The only issue I had was the small window ac unit couldn't keep the room below 75 and the temps weren't over 85 during my stay. Other than that, I had an enjoyable stay. Hopefully the room will have an AC sized like the other rooms because I do plan to come back”

“Atlantic Beach resort used to be the pepper tree but now they sold out and lease the other side and they give you that other side over there the older side and it's a lot more walking you got to go upstairs around in the elevator and all of that and is they're not telling you what you're getting what you see on Expedia Expedia is totally wrong so don't listen to them they took one night and we didn't stay there we booked two nights and we didn't stay they took a whole night stay so we won't be...

“The description was accurate.The inside was cute and clean. The bed was comfortable, the shower worked great, the A/C kept the room at a perfect temperature, & there was a nice/smaller refrigerator to put enough things. We would come back again!”
