“Clean room, staff was great, parking was convenient.”

“Literally nothing about the place is worth the cheap price. Be ready for roaches galore, loud neighbors and staff that’s more concerned about kicking you out and doubling their money on a room than any kind of “service”. The “pet friendly” motel waited 36 hours to decide to enforce their pet deposit and fees and when we told them the desk never told us about any such charges immediately called the police and had us put out. PAY A FEW EXTRA DOLLARS AND GO ELSEWHERE !!!! Trust me”

“From Aurumn at the front desk assisting prior to our arrival to Ashley who exchanged our microwave for a working one at 1 AM!! to Riley who serviced our room, the attention to customer service was EXCEPTIONAL. We loved the spacious rooms & the shower was the best shower I've ever experienced in a hotel. My only critique is a lack of protein on the breakfast bar. I'm diabetic & unfortunately there were only high carbohydrate / sugary options available, so we skipped the complementary breakfast....

“Just got back yesterday from our stay at the Clarion Hotel, the hotel lobby is very beautiful, the marble floors are state-of-the-art, it appears that a lot of thought was put into the design of the lobby.The hotel staff was very friendly. When pulling up to the hotel, it was aesthetically very pleasing. The breakfast was great, it would have been nice to have an alternative meat since we don’t eat pork, but otherwise than that, it was wonderful plenty of choices of things to eat, from cereals,...

“Upon arrival, it took about 10 mins to get to the front to help..she was very friendly though. The outside is kinda run down. When we got into the 2nd floor hallway, it smelled very bad. When we got into the room, I immediately noticed all of the horrible patches in the ceiling and a hole around the sprinkler head in the ceiling. Later upon my stay I noticed there was mold growing in the ceiling of the bathroom in two areas. Beds were comfy but you can also hear your neighbors upstairs if they...

“Like I’ve said many times before I’ll stay here 10, 20, 200 more times, however, many more times I’ll be in Jacksonville, North Carolina. I’ll definitely choose to book here, especially with the comfort they provide for my dogs, husband and I at the rate and location. I strongly recommend for pet lovers”
