“Overall a good stay. Some repairs need to be made(wallpaper peeling off, drain didn't drain well, and the sliding door of the bathroom needed some attention). Honestly though the staff was great! The woman who ran the breakfast area was so nice and friendly. The other staff was good too.”

“There are no refrigerators or microwaves in the rooms, and they don’t accept cash for room payment. Other than that, it was a lovely stay, with a beautiful river view and great location. ”

“There were spills all on the floor, ripped up chairs in rooms, pool is posted as they have one, then when you purchase the room and get there the pool is closed, and apparently has been since covid. Worker is extremely rude. Refused to help. Snapped at elderly customer. The ad is that they serve breakfast until 1030, well at 930 the lady cuts the lights off and you have to eat in the dark as she puts up the food. Refused to refill items that were out or low. Told people no, Turned the fridge...

“Arrived late at the hotel. The room smelled like smoke and the floors were dirty and looked like they had not been mopped in months. There were no other rooms available and the fronts desk solution was to come and spray room deodorizer in our room. The dirty floor was never addressed.”

“Super nice hotel. Clean and modern rooms. Awesome gym and indoor pool area. Only disappoinment was not knowing it is paid parking beforehand. There is a daily $10 fee to park if I remember right. Also would have been nice if they provided some kind of breakfast option. They do have a Starbucks, restaurant and bar on site you can purchase items. This hotel is also in a good location with restaurants and attractions nearby. Would definitely stay here again. Staff was very friendly.”

“Lots of long term residents who leave early in the morning and are active late at nights. Lots of smokers in the public areas (balconies/stairwells etc). Ok for somewhere cheap but not if you want a quiet relaxing stay.”
