“I was called and asked to change condos and that I would get upgrade. Hah!. The place they put us in was terrible, Front door handle was broke and fell of when we tried to open. Chairs on porch were broken, picnic bench rotted, wood roaches on counter top killed half dozen. The ice container in the refrigerator had mold on it. The dispensers on refrigerator for ice didn’t work. The towels they brought looked like they bought them at a thrift store and they were wet. Run for your life from...

“This was our second time staying at Annette's place at Grande Cayman. It was exactly the same - so clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and of corse a an amazing oceanfront view.”

“Tight parking since it's behind another hotel. I happened to know where it was.otherwise it would be hard to see in traffic.”

“My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Employees were great and very helpful. Only downside I found (and it was minimal) was the trash cans in the room. They were very small and did not have trash bags in them. Like I said; very minimal. Other than that, everything else was great.”
