“Wonderful property. Very friendly, helpful staff. The restaurant makes a mean breakfast burrito. This property is very dog friendly. The only problem I had was the person above me was very heavy footed and had a dog and I could hear them walking around all night so try to get a room on the third floor. ”

“The place was wonderful: great location, well maintained and clean. But the service was exceptional - Sherry is an incredible host, attentive to every detail and wish. She prepares a fantastic breakfast and accommodated our every wish and need without being in our space often, like at some hotels. Absolutely zero downsides to our stay - we highly recommend and would definitely return when our plans take us back to Wilmington. ”

“The staff was very friendly and welcoming from the moment we stepped into the hotel. They accommodate to an issue we had and took care of it right away. The hotel is beautiful, the view of the river walk was to die for. The hotel has different locations to exit and enter the building making it easier to get to the river walk and parking lot. There is not one bad thing I can say about this hotel. I’ll definitely be back to Wilmington and will sure be booking with them again. Highly recommend...

“We have stayed with this group before so we knew what to expect. The condo was very clean, the furniture (and bed) was comfortable. The kitchen had the few necessities we needed for our stay. The only issues we encountered were that the remote in the bedroom had dead batteries, and that there were not 2 bedside tables in the bedroom so we had to improvise by using our cooler. Overall, not big issues. It was kind of dark coming back to our condo at night at the end of the hall because several...
“People that actually care about people is hard to find!!! , and EVERYONE here genuinely cared for us. Havent felt this much hospitality in ages. Gave us all toothbrushes because we forgot ours. Helped us get into our car when we lost the keys , let us enjoy the pool after check-out while we still didn't have our keys. Answered front desk phone promptly and kindly every time day and night. Just so nice and helpful....What an incredible group of people! Thank you guys again! ”

“Parking area seemed safe we had no issues. The workers there were excellent. Friendly and polite. Like to joke around and always smiling. Your pool was green and gross and ice cold . That was the only issue so we didn’t use the pool because of that. Otherwise it was an excellent stay.”
