“I used to stay at this hotel monthly. I have since moved to the area and now when my family come to visit they stay here. The elevator never works which is really inconvenient trying to get kids up and down from the top floor several times a day. I am not sure why they would even use the rooms on the top floors knowing the elevator doesn't work or is on the brink of not working. Other than that breakfast is great. The staff is great. It's just the elevators! ”

“The parking fee was more than I expected and is a complete turn-off. The entry doors were broken and in need of repair. I'm not a dog fan, and they were everywhere. The room was clean. The view was great. The bathroom was like being a cat in a litter box. The toilet was in the same room as the shower, and the door barely cleared the toilet. Very tiny. The beds were not queen-size, and the sheets weren't crisp and clean-smelling. The staff were very friendly and helpful. ”

“Great location, close to beach, within 2miles to the public beach access. However, by the roadside, it is noisy in the morning. Suggest you choose the rooms the other side of the road if possible”

“Stayed here for just a night over Easter weekend. We were greeted by the owner, Christina. She was lovely, accommodating, and warm. She let us borrow a few things for the beach and directed us to our room. The room was nice. Two queen beds, comfortable. The A/C was cold and the TV worked. The only issue we had was the neighboring room had a dog that kept barking in the daytime, but it wasn’t really that distracting. We had a great stay, and plan on coming back. ”

“The hotel staff is the property’s greatest asset. They are friendly, accommodating, professional, and consistently deliver great customer service. The Challenges: The property is outdated, which could be overlooked if the maintenance and stocking were proactive, but unfortunately, they weren't. Essential items like creamer were unavailable and never restocked during the stay. Beyond the shortage of towels and blankets, the items provided were in poor condition. “Great room set up. Bathroom was large, kitchen was well appointed with small fridge with freezer, sink, large cupboards, bed was comfy. It was very quiet on the back side. Unfortunately the people above made a racket all night one night. Very impressed with the place for the price.”
