“The host was on site when we arrived and greeted us graciously and efficiently. The room was clean and spacious, with a beautifully renovated bathroom (Room 5). The bed was a bit soft for our taste, but comfortable. There was no place to hang clothes, but there was plenty of drawer space in the bureau and bed stands. The reservation portal indicates the room has a hair dryer and a microwave oven, but it does not. They are still in renovation mode, so the outer appearance of the property still...

“We stayed one night. It was a very easy check-in and out. Both individuals at the desk were pleasant and efficient. Our room was large and immaculately clean. Nothing fancy but it had everything we needed. The small refrigerator and microwave were appreciated. The beds were very comfortable. If in the area again in the future, we would be happy to stay at the Maple Terrace Motel.”

“The rooms were very clean. Kodos to the housekeeping department. The checking in was a bit of a issue. We asked for a apartment that had no stairs as my wife has a problem with stairs but instead we we given a 3rd storie walkup. The picture of the bathroom is very decieving. The advertized pictures showes a beautiful tile tub with lots of color. The we got was a regular tub and was dark. There was no dishwasher in the B units. If you want a dishwasher and other upgrades ask for a A unit.”

“The motel is perfect for tourists travelling by car since parking is very easy. Free breakfast is available in the morning. Large rooms and nice staff people. The Motel is 5 minute driving from the town center of North Adam. There is a restaurant nearby, or you need the car to reach the town centre. ”

“Scammers!! I booked a night just to shower and refresh. An abandoned public bathroom is 100 times cleaner than their room”
