“Got stuck into the elevator (3 persons) and it took half an hour to get out, the girl at the reception panicked and didn't know how to deal with the situation, meanwhile we were running out of oxygen, it was scary; we paid parking for our car in front of the hotel but then they told us that it wasn't guaranteed we could find a place for the night (and we specified since the beginning we'd have returned late); second night we had problems with both digital keys of our room and we had to make a...

“We had discovered Home Hotels after our arrival in Sweden and found them to be an excellent value in terms of comfort, service and dining. The Bergmasteren kept up to the standard and we enjoyed our stay there. Very comfortable, quiet and good food for breakfast, fika and dinner. The staff was excellent too and very interesting to talk to. Very highly recommended. ”
