“We could not get entry into our room so I got the desk clerk to help us, he overrode the door lock, but still the keys did not work, so we could not go out together, otherwise we would have been locked out again!! the area around the hotel was nice, but we had a room at the back facing a cement parking lot and little else. “I am waiting for a refund. I was there for minutes before I left and booked another room somewhere else. The room was very stinky, there was random something dripping on the wall, the door was filthy, the mattress cover was stained, the lamp was stained and there was a big bug just chilling on the wall. The staff was nice but I could not stay there! It was gross!”
