“Each staff member I encountered was very friendly and helpful when I needed something. The place was quiet and clean. The breakfast items were fresh, hot and plentiful. Would definitely stay here again.”

“The beds were not made, no sheets, covers, nothing. The beds were stained and the rooms were absolutely filthy ”

“Guest check in was friendly. Once we got to the room, the appearance was definitely dated. Upon inspection our mini frig had some sort of orange color liquid in the bottom, bathtub spout was loose, King mattress had a sink hole, and bathroom sink had an uninvited guest (large spider). Breakfast was not available the next morning. Far from being a good stay. ”

“Jacuzzi was unusable, the pool was "ice cold" but refreshing, the room smelt like a dog, before our dog ever stepped in the room. The room was good enough and the price was alright.”

“You get partial view of the lake. The pool seem nice but I wasn't there to swim. Bed and sheets were comfortable. And hot shower was relaxing. It helps that there is live stream TV and microwave. My stay is Ok because I only use it to sleep. The room have a scent of cigarettes and not so fresh scent but I easily got accustomed to it. I am here for business so I am ok as long as I get restful sleep.”

“The guy that was working the counter was super nice. the beds weren't bad but the whole room damp. Bed, chair and the floor. The carpet was damp and a little sticky it was not pleasant.”

“When we walked into the Red Roof Inn we immediately smelled a clean, lemon smell. It was heavenly. The lady at the desk, I believe her name was Cynthia was beyond helpful and kind. She was upbeat, smiled, answered all our questions, gave great recommendations for restaurants. Having her at the front desk is an excellent way to welcome guests.”
