“The only complaint was that there was no parking when we arrived later in the evening. There was a bus that took up 6 parking spaces and a pick up truck with a boat on a trailer that also took up 6 parking spaces. There should be a specific area for these type of vehicles. I had to park along a curb in front of the entrance which was Ok’d by the front desk personnel.”

“New property is a must! The staff is super friendly and it’s really clean. One feedback item is some of the glasses in the room weren’t washed - so double check the glasses in the light. Beds were comfy. Overall it was great and would stay there again. ”

The breakfast items were available even when we were running late before Ms. Doretha closed. The taco happy hour in the afternoon was a hit for my kids. Anne had suggested more activities for the kids. Overall, I was happy with our stay and will definitely stay again!”

“Great option close to south shore line East Chicago station. Staff were all great especially the breakfast attendants. They were very friendly and had a great selection of cold and hot food. Room was in good shape and clean other a than a few stains in the carpet. Bathroom was in good shape. You can tell this hotel is well managed and is a great economical option for visiting Chicago from the east. I would stay again. ”
